POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Leader to lead our efforts in growing, developing and delivering a high-caliber Accounting Department. The Accounting Manager reports directly to the Director of Accounting. This position is a working manager who will work in all aspects of corporate accounting for up to nine (9) small companies.
Candidate must be located in the DFW Area

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and expand the current accounting team.
  • Preparing/analyzing financial reports, consolidated and individual.
  • Develop & maintain financial forecasting & budgets
  • Profit & loss (P&L) analysis
  • Treasury duties
  • Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
  • Overseeing journal entries
  • Maintaining/reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Spearheading the implementation of a new GL system

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current CPA License and/or a CMA or CFA Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5-7 years of accounting management experience working with financial reporting & forecasting, P&L, AP, AR, and Treasury.
  • Experience working with SAGE or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Must have STRONG Excel experience
  • CRM experience is preferred. 
  • Extensive organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation package:

Base Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
