POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact daily with a diverse group of insurance agents and brokers. Your responsibility will include; communicating, identifying opportunities, problem-solving, and providing prompt and efficient customer service. You must have an aptitude for learning quickly, be capable of working independently, and possess a can-do attitude.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual – Any Language
  • 2 – 4 years of sales and/or call center experience.
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

Compensation package:

Base Pay: $20.00 -$22.00 Per Hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
