POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Quality, Training, and Development, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Training to manager our efforts in Developing and delivering a high-caliber training program tailored for insurance agents operation within the Spanish-speaking market. The role is crucial in enhancing our Agents’ proficiency in Medicare ensuring they are well-equipped to meet and exceed the need of our clients. 

This role is an individual contributor role and will not have direct reports. Candidate must reside in either DFW metroplex, Houston, Central Florida or South Florida

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and continuously update our training curriculum and materials, ensuring they are engaging, comprehensive, and compliant with industry standards. Focus on creating content that caters specifically to the Spanish-speaking market, incorporating current trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct impactful training sessions in Spanish, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to support different learning styles. Guarantee that all agents reach a high standard of knowledge and proficiency in our insurance products and services.
  • Market Focus: Direct all training efforts towards the Spanish-speaking market, gaining a deep understanding of its unique characteristics and needs. Develop targeted strategies to effectively engage and educate agents serving this demographic.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the training programs through various metrics, including participant feedback and performance data. Utilize these insights to make informed improvements to both content and delivery methods.
  • Collaboration: Maintain a close partnership with our sales and product teams to ensure that training initiatives are fully aligned with the latest market trends, product developments, and sales strategies. Offer expert guidance and support to agents requiring additional assistance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Medicare, & Medicare Advantage.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training development and delivery, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with varying levels of management.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time as required to deliver training sessions and attend relevant meetings.

Expected hours: 40 per week

 

Compensation package:

Base Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
