POSITION SUMMARY
Agility Insurance Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Integrity Specialist to join our Producer Support Team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, particularly focusing on agent appointment data. In addition to audit responsibilities of the CRM, there will be audit responsibilities of the website, matching enrollment data and other audit responsibilities assigned ad hoc. The Administrative Specialist will collaborate closely with the new agent onboarding and agent contracting teams, serving as a vital link to maintain data accuracy and support our agent network’s growth and efficiency.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • CRM Contracting Clean Up: Regularly audit and clean up contracting records in the CRM to ensure data integrity.
  • Updating Contracting Statuses: Maintain up-to-date contracting statuses for all agents in the CRM.
  • Verifying Correct Uplines: Ensure that all agents have the correct uplines recorded in the CRM.
  • Data Input During Agent Intake: Audit the data input during the agent intake process to ensure accuracy.
  • Active Agent Verification: During the welcome email process, verify that each active agent has the correct prospector, sales director, and recruiter listed in the CRM.
  • Carrier Data Management: Work with the Analytics Director and Chief Growth Officer to ensure carrier data is current and accurate in our systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Adapt and refine responsibilities and processes over time to meet evolving organizational needs.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Data Accuracy Rate: Measure the percentage of data entries in the CRM that are accurate.
  • Target: 98% data accuracy.
Contract Completion Improvement: Monitor the improvement in the completeness of agent contracts over time.
  • Target: 95% completion rate within the first 30 days of onboarding.
Timeliness of Updates: Track the average time taken to update contracting statuses and carrier data.
  • Target: 24-hour turnaround for status updates.
Feedback from Teams: Collect and analyze feedback from the new agent onboarding and contracting teams regarding data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Target: 90% positive feedback rate.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
